Warm Notes:
*Proper fit of the collar is important! A collar worn for too long or made too tight on the pet’s neck may cause skin irritation. The receiver collar should fit snugly yet be sufficiently loose to allow one finger to fit between the strap and your pet’s neck.

Please make sure to use the conductive silicone set,this will protect the dog’s skin to a certain extent, but it does not affect the electric shock function.

Avoid leaving the collar on the dog for more than 18 hours per day. If possible, reposition the collar on the pet’s neck every 1 to 2 hours.

We suggest not using the shock function except in an emergency. When using the shock function,Level 1 should be tried first and then the level should be gradually increased as necessary.

If the collar is too long,please cut off the excessive portion. It is pretty easy to get a burn edge after the cut. Use a lighter to melt the burr edge.

If your dog has thick hair on the neck,please use longer screw caps.
