2. Vendor Eligibility
To become a vendor, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid email address and payment method.
- Provide accurate information during registration.
- Agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations related to your products or services.
- Abide by Starseed Psychics rules and regulations
- Understand and agree to the mission statement of Starseed Psychics
- Have a product in the form of a service, digital or physical that falls into the metaphysical/spiritual niche.
3. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for:
- Ensuring all products and services comply with applicable laws and do not infringe on third-party rights.
- Providing accurate and complete product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Handling customer sales, inquiries, disputes, or refunds related to their products or services.
- Maintaining sufficient inventory or availability of services to fulfill customer orders promptly.
4. Marketplace Fees and Payment Terms
- We charge a commission of standard 20% on each sale made through the Marketplace. This fee will be automatically deducted from the total sale amount.
- Vendors will receive payouts via their chosen payment method after the transaction is completed.
- Vendors are responsible for any payment processing fees or taxes associated with their earnings.
5. Listing Rules
Vendors must not list:
- Items or services prohibited by law or inconsistent with the spiritual mission of Starseed Psychics.
- Counterfeit, stolen, or fraudulent goods.
- Products containing explicit, offensive, or harmful content.
- Items or services that promote hate, violence, or discrimination.
We reserve the right to review and remove any listing that violates these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
- Vendors retain ownership of their product content but grant Us a non-exclusive license to use product descriptions, images, and trademarks for promotional purposes on the Marketplace.
- Vendors must not use Starseed Psychics’ brand name, logo, or other intellectual property without written consent from the management.
7. Prohibited Activities
Vendors must not:
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
- Attempt to sell directly to customers outside the Marketplace to avoid commission fees.
- Post or distribute malicious software or links.
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users or staff.
- Advertise other marketplaces using products from Starseed Psychics marketplace.
8. Termination
- Vendors may terminate their account at any time by providing written notice via email.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a vendor’s account without prior notice for violating these terms, engaging in illegal activity, or harming the Marketplace’s reputation.
- If you are terminated for violations, you will not be able to make a new account in the future.
9. Liability and Disclaimers
- Vendors are solely responsible for their products, services, and interactions with customers.
- We do not guarantee sales or specific outcomes for vendors using the Marketplace.
- We are not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from vendor activities on the platform.
10. Amendments
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Vendors will be notified of significant changes via email or platform announcements. Continued use of the Marketplace after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona and the United States of America. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Arizona, USA.
